Oak Creek Club Community Room Rental Process

We’re pleased to announce the re-opening of a number of our amenities at Oak Creek Club.  Interested in renting the Community Room for an event? Here’s an overview of the process.

  1. You will need to complete the Community Room Application Form below
  2. Go to the Reservation System to tentatively reserve the room at your chosen date/time
  3. The Oak Creek HOA management team will review your application
  4. You will be notified when approved and you will need to arrange payment and deposit for the room
  5. Once approved and payment has been made, you will need to download and complete the Facility Rental Checklist
