Oak Creek Club Community Room Rental Process
We’re pleased to announce the re-opening of a number of our amenities at Oak Creek Club. Interested in renting the Community Room for an event? Here’s an overview of the process.
- You will need to complete the Community Room Application Form below
- Go to the Reservation System to tentatively reserve the room at your chosen date/time
- The Oak Creek HOA management team will review your application
- You will be notified when approved and you will need to arrange payment and deposit for the room
- Once approved and payment has been made, you will need to download and complete the Facility Rental Checklist
